You Carry Something.
Maybe you’ve known it for years.
Maybe other people have felt it in you before you’ve been able to name it yourself.
Maybe you’ve trained in coaching, healing, psychology, spirituality, somatics, or other modalities - yet still sense that the deeper thing you offer doesn’t come from any of them.
Or maybe you’ve never formally stepped into this kind of work at all.
You’ve simply always known things.
Felt things.
Seen things beneath what other people were saying or seeing.
Been the one others came to when something in their lives was shifting.
And somewhere inside you, you know:
There is something here.
Something older than what you’ve been taught.
Something distinctly yours.
Something that wants to be cultivated and used through you.
What if your medicine isn’t something you need to learn?
What if it’s something you need to remember - and then learn how to carry?
We live in a culture that teaches us to look OUTSIDE ourselves for the right methodology, training, answer, or authority.
Or course, training and skill matter.
Understanding the human psyche, the body, relationship, and the dynamics of transformation also matter - enormously.
But none of those things is your medicine.
Your medicine is the particular way
Life moves through you.
It is the knowing you didn't acquire.
The way you see.
The questions only you think to ask.
The things you notice beneath the things being said.
The experiences you've metabolized into wisdom.
The particular combination of presence, perception, instinct, history, gifts, and aliveness that could only belong to you.
But having medicine doesn't automatically mean we know how to use it in service of another person's transformation.
This is where the craft begins.
COME SIT WITH ME
On August 18, I'm gathering a small group of women live on Zoom to explore what it actually takes to turn the gifts you carry into true transformational work.
This won't be another class where I give you ten more tools to add to your toolbox.
We're going underneath the tools.
Together, We’ll Explore
What is the medicine you carry?
And how is it different from your training, talent, intuition, or the modalities you've learned?
What actually creates transformation?
Why insight, technique, and even powerful tools can only take us so far - and what allows change to take root at a deeper level?
What happens when your medicine becomes primary?
What changes when you stop trying to fit yourself into someone else's methodology and begin allowing your skills and tools to serve the medicine that is uniquely yours?
And what does it take to carry that medicine well?
Because having gifts is not the same as knowing how to work with another human being at depth.
We'll explore the capacity, discernment, skill, and embodied authority that true transformational work asks of us.
This isn't about throwing away everything you've learned.
It's about putting it in its rightful place.
Your medicine is primary, your tools are in service to it, and learning to carry your medicine is an art and a craft.
This gathering is for you if:
You already guide, coach, teach, heal, lead, or hold space for others - but you know there is a deeper level of your work asking to emerge.
You've learned the skills.
You've studied the modalities.
Perhaps you're already very good at what you do.
And still, you sense there is something underneath all of it that is more deeply yours.
OR
You haven't formally claimed yourself as a practitioner, guide, healer, or spaceholder - but you know there is something you carry that isn't meant to remain private.
You may already be the person who sees beneath the surface, senses what's unspoken, or knows how to sit beside another person at a threshold.
You may not know what form your medicine wants to take yet.
But you know what you carry is meant to serve.

Your Guide
Why this, why now?
For more than 30 years, I have worked in the realms of psychology, coaching, transformation, embodiment and the feminine.
I’ve studied a lot.
I’ve trained in a lot.
And I believe deeply in skill. Frankly, I have a lot of skill.
But, after decades of sitting with women at the thresholds of their lives, I’ve come to understand that the most powerful transformational work doesn’t happen because we finally acquire the perfect tool.
It happens because our tools and our knowledge become servants of the medicine we carry.
This understanding has changed the way I see my own life’s work.
It has led me into a framework I call the Ecology of Aliveness - a way of understanding transformation not as fixing a human being, but as restoring her relationship with life - and her true essence - itself.
And it has brought me back to a question I believe matters enormously for women who are called to serve:
What is the medicine that only you can carry - and what does it take to serve it well?
That’s what I’ll be exploring with you.
As a living, breathing experience.
You Carry Something.
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to know exactly what your medicine is.
You don’t need another polished identity.
You only need to recognize the feeling:
There is something in me that wants to be remembered.
And perhaps: there is something in me that wants to serve.
Come because something stirred when you read:
You carry something.
Come because you want to get closer to it.
Come because you’re ready to discover what it means to bring what you carry into the work that truly transforms.
