Hey, I'm Karen

Hey, I’m Karen, your guide on this journey. I have always had a pristine awareness that we get this ONE life, at least in this iteration. I don‘t want to miss it by being afraid to be fully myself. My entire personal journey has been about finding my way home to myself so i can be who i am here to be and have what i am here to receive.

I believe this is true for you too & I’ve devoted my entire 30-year professional career to that belief. From traditional psychotherapy to coaching to mentoring to energy work to feminine embodiment & ancient wisdom, I weave all of who I am & what I know into my work with women. I have a gift of seeing who you are beneath any masks you’ve worn & a deep commitment to reminding you of that truth.

Holding transformational space - whether through individual work, retreats, online or offline groups - is my superpower. (Well, that and love ;)

My work is a culmination of my years of practice and a devotion to the dreams of what lies ahead.

I am not for everyone, but for those I am for? We make some serious magic together.
