RAVENOUS · a 10-week livE EXPERIENCE

YOU ARE NOT A WHITE PICKET FENCE WOMAN EITHER, are you?

You have a good life. AND you know there's more.

You wake up and there's this… pull.

Not dissatisfaction exactly. Not unhappiness.

More like a quiet hum underneath everything.

A restlessness. A desire.

You're living a good life.

You've built something solid.

You've done the work, the therapy, the self-inquiry.

You understand yourself better than most people ever will.

And yet...

There's this part of you that knows you're here for more than what you've built so far.

Not because what you have isn't good.

Because you're being called toward something you can't quite name yet.

You've spent your whole life learning to be reasonable about that desire.

To be grateful for what you have.
To want what you're supposed to want.
To stop asking for more.

“You've been taught that following the pull makes you selfish. That your hunger, if left unchecked, will destroy everything you've carefully built.”

So you've learned to manage it. To override the signal.

And now?

That signal is getting louder.

Not just about food (though sometimes it shows up there too).

Your desire for…

Meaning

Authentic Expression

Aliveness

Impact

Real Connection

The life you know you're here to LIVE

The one you keep putting off until later.

Until you're more ready. Until the kids are older. Until you have more time, more money, more certainty.

But here's the truth

Later never comes.

And the desire doesn't go away. It just gets harder to ignore.

The Lightning Strike

When I was 42, sitting in my king-sized bed with coffee steaming in my hands, morning light streaming in, my two dogs flanking me, looking around at my beautiful life, I would think:

See. Look at how lucky you are.

The nice marriage. The work I liked. Incredible children. A lovely house. A great career. Friends, a social life.

I had everything I was supposed to want.

And I knew exactly what I was supposed to feel.

But I didn't.

Our couples therapist referred me to an astrologer (I know, ironic, right?) and it was he who changed the trajectory of my life.

I sat down and said it straight out:

I don't understand why I'm not happier. I have everything I could ever want. And yet, there's something missing.

He looked straight at me and said:

“Karen, you are not a white picket fence girl.
You look like one. People treat you like one and expect you to be one. But that is not who you are.
You are meant to walk on the edge. You are meant to lead a life that others may not approve of.
And until you follow what is calling you, you will not be happy.”

His words hit me like a lightning strike.

He said the thing I had been trying not to know my entire life.

And here's what I want to say to you

The things you long for?

Your desires? Your hungers?

The ache for “more” that you're terrified of following?

This is your sacred path.

The signal, the divine spark, the light that guides you toward who you are here to be.

Our culture

tells you to ignore it.

Therapy

helps you understand where it came from, but not how to follow it.

Gratitude practices

keep you focused on what's good, not what's calling.

(Your aliveness is hidden in the calling.)

Here's what I want you to know

There is nothing to fix.
Only something to claim.

RAVENOUS is about becoming the woman who reclaims her hunger and, in so doing, steps fully into who she's here to be.

RAVENOUS

The Container

I'm writing my book RAVENOUS in real time over 10 weeks.

And if you're still here, I'm inviting you to do it with me.

Every week

I share what I'm writing: chapters on reclaiming hunger, learning to receive, trusting your body as your guide, living the life you're actually here for. (And more to be discovered.)

Alongside me

And you do your own exploration alongside me. You reflect. You write. You explore your own hungers using the questions and practices I'm working with as I write.

Together

You listen to, and share with, other women who are on this same path.

You join not as a spectator.

As the woman I'm writing for.

Every question I'm asking myself as I write is the question you get to answer for yourself.

This isn't my project that you get to witness.

This is your reclamation, and the book is the map
unfolding in real time.

Here's What Makes This Different

This isn't another framework.

You don't need another system. You need permission to stop managing your hunger and start following it.

This isn't therapy.

(You've done enough therapy, amiright?)

RAVENOUS doesn't help you understand the hunger. It helps you trust it. Follow it. Let it lead you home.

This isn't self-improvement.

UGH. Let me say this for the people in the back:

You are not broken.

Your hunger, your desires, the life you dream about, all of it is correct.

Self-improvement has you trying to fix what's “wrong” with you.

RAVENOUS helps you claim what's right.

In RAVENOUS, you become part of the discovery. Part of the unfolding. Part of the path itself.

And you're being witnessed as you reclaim the parts of yourself you've been taught to suppress and step fully into who you're here to be.

You'll Be Inside the Process While It's Happening

I will never write this book for the first time again.

Raw chapters

The women in this cohort will get the chapters as I'm writing them, before they're edited, smoothed, or made palatable.

The crucible

You'll be inside the crucible while the book is being forged.

In real time

Not watching a recording of something that already happened.

Living it with me, in real time.

And when I send you the published copy, you'll know it's meant for you because you helped shape it.

What Happens Inside

10 weeks of exploration

Every week: I share what I'm writing and guide you through the exploration.

Your own exploration

You reflect, write, and explore your own hungers. I coach when it's needed.

In community

You'll be in community with other women who are done playing smaller than they know they're here for. Done waiting. Done pretending their hunger for more is something to apologize for. Ready to claim the truth of who they are.

We gather live once a week.

What You'll Have at the End

I'll have a complete first draft of the book.

And you?

You'll wake up with the thought, “What do I want to create today?” instead of “What do I have to do?”

You'll open your calendar and feel a quiet thrill. The things you're committed to are things that genuinely light you up.

You'll walk into a room, completely in your own skin, not managing how much of yourself you show. You're just there. Fully.

Maybe you're writing or doing the art you've wanted to do. Or building the business. Or creating the thing you've been putting off for years.

You're not waiting anymore.

You're a full woman. A satisfied woman.

A woman who gets to sit down, eat a whole meal, and lick her lips afterwards.

Life really gets to be delicious and you know it.

Who This Is For

This is for the woman who has a good life and wants to make it more alive.

She's not broken. She's not desperate. She's not trying to escape anything.

She's ready.

Ready to stop managing her hunger

and start following it.

Ready to stop waiting for permission

and start claiming what's hers.

Ready to stop playing smaller

than she knows she's here for.

This is for the woman who knows she's being called toward something and is willing to do what it takes to answer.
