It’s not really about the money.
And also? It IS.
It IS also about the money.
Money can be a mirror, a hiding place, a safety net, and a truth-teller.
AND money is real in our world as a currency.
And not having money for the things that we deeply desire feels - to put it bluntly - shitty.
When you change your relationship with money, when you stop clenching, apologizing, or feeling like your desire is too much OR you’ll never have enough, something unlocks.
You learn to be the creator of the wealth you desire.
And this?
This doesn’t just grow your bank account & allow you to experience some of the things that your soul desires, it GROWS YOU.
You become the woman your soul is calling you to be.

Staying small by feeling scarce does not serve you.

Hoarding money out of fear, using it to create safety through status or to “buy” love also doesn’t create true wealth.

Your sense of true abundance.
And yes, money.
How you create it.
How you receive it.
How you use it.
And how you allow it to move YOU
into more of who you are truly called to be.
When you know you can create money, receive money, and feel abundant with money, you become wildly generous.

Scarcity disappears and your entire life becomes a playground for creation and regeneration.
What Will We Do Inside Treasure?
- First off: We will be getting into action, because NOTHING gets created by thinking about it. We‘ll be practicing in in real-time, with real action, in real-life. This is not a program for fence-sitters.
- Create safety in your energetic-body (aka nervous system) so you can feel safe at a new level of receiving, of wealth, and of having
- Find your FCK-YES vision for creating wealth that keeps you inspired (vs in fear)
- Identify real pathways to creating and receiving wealth (yes, we’ll discuss different “streams of income” options for real)
- Get uber-clear on your money story (beliefs, family ideology, fears, etc), hold up a truth-telling mirror, and rewrite an updated story in real time based on who you are now and who you deeply desire to become
- Transform shame, guilt & sabotage into clarity, commitment and creation
- Have fun, because seriously: if you have food on the table and a roof over your head and a telephone or computer you’re reading this on, then money gets to be a GAME. A fun one. A playful one. An experimental one.
Why this and why now?
Frankly, because I’m personally doing it right now.
I’m recognizing my own $ resistance and moving through it.
I’m naming the gold I want: a very specific desire which is another big stretch for me!
I have crossed many thresholds to create a beautiful life full of abundance; and yet money is still a biggie for me.
It holds fear, outdated beliefs, resistance, guilt, shame and all the goodies that I KNOW - without a shadow of a doubt - can be mined for beauty, service, love and creation.
TREASURE isn’t a framework I teach from the top.
It’s a process I lead from the middle.
And let me be clear: I am not a money expert.
But here’s what I am an expert on:

(9) Live group sessions
Over the course of our 90 days together, you’ll receive 9 live sessions - 90 minutes-ish each - which will include teachings, coaching, energy work and embodied practices. Replays included for the duration of our time together.
Weekly embodiment prompts & practices
If it’s not integrated into your body, then it’s not happening. These prompts & practices are designed to deepen your visceral experience of redefining wealth for yourself.
(3) Live ceremonies
One per month, these rituals and ceremonies are designed to have you 1) leave behind old stories; 2) reclaim and integrate new ones;
3) become a full hell-yes to the version of you that knows how to receive & create wealth.
It’s hard to explain in writing what happens here: you just have to be there.
Action-map-creation & implementation
This is not an in-your-head program. You’ll be creating & implementing an action-map (with instructions) so you can rewire your story in real time.

Hello there! 👋🏼 I’m Karen, former psychotherapist; currently a coach/mentor/guide, although not sure I can label myself!
I’m just a woman leading by example, committed to changing the paradigm of the world through changing herself and serving through love, passion and radical honesty.
I’ve been doing this work professionally for almost 30 years, steeped in a ton of knowledge and experience; but my superpower is using that in service of intuition and soul-embodied wisdom.
I am passionate about serving the self-expression and full-on, full-throttle aliveness and meaning in each individual, because I believe that enlivened, activated, purpose-fueled people are simply better for everything. Themselves, the planet, their families, the world.
I live in Costa Rica with my 2 dogs, Pluto and Venus; and I’m a Mom to 2 amazing young adults.
